Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive/Manager to manage and grow relationships with our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare communications, a strong understanding of medical marketing, and a client-first attitude. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned pharma and healthcare clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through trust and consistent delivery.
- Understand client business objectives, brand strategy, and therapeutic areas.
- Campaign Management
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Prepare and present proposals, campaign briefs, and reports.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with medical writers, creative teams, digital marketers, and production to ensure quality and compliance.
- Ensure content and communication adhere to regulatory and medical guidelines.
- Strategy & Insights
- Provide strategic inputs based on market research, industry trends, and client goals.
- Help clients optimize campaigns through performance analysis and insights.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all projects.
- Ensure all promotional materials are MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) approved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in pharma or healthcare marketing.
- Understanding of healthcare/pharma regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to understand scientific/medical content and relay it effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a healthcare communication agency.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret clinical data or research.
