Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive/Manager to manage and grow relationships with our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare communications, a strong understanding of medical marketing, and a client-first attitude. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned pharma and healthcare clients.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships through trust and consistent delivery.
    • Understand client business objectives, brand strategy, and therapeutic areas.
  2. Campaign Management
    • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
    • Prepare and present proposals, campaign briefs, and reports.
    • Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams.
  3. Cross-functional Coordination
    • Work closely with medical writers, creative teams, digital marketers, and production to ensure quality and compliance.
    • Ensure content and communication adhere to regulatory and medical guidelines.
  4. Strategy & Insights
    • Provide strategic inputs based on market research, industry trends, and client goals.
    • Help clients optimize campaigns through performance analysis and insights.
  5. Documentation & Compliance
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all projects.
    • Ensure all promotional materials are MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) approved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in pharma or healthcare marketing.
  • Understanding of healthcare/pharma regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand scientific/medical content and relay it effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare communication agency.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret clinical data or research.
